The art court at Te Papa Tākaro o Tongaparaoa - Ila Park is a shining example of collaboration, with Ngāi Te Ahi, Ngāti Hē, and Ngāti Ruahine hapū leading the design. This incredible partnership between Council, hapū and the wider community has created a truly special space. The art court is part of a broader park upgrade that includes a new playground, all named in honour of local kuia, Illa Harris.
